Professor Norton suspects that mysterious earthquakes originate from the lost continent of Atlantis. Lieutenant Crash Corrigan joins the professor, reporter Diana Compton and young Billy Norton on a voyage aboard a revolutionary rocket-powered submarine to investigate. Their expedition discovers a hidden world beneath the ocean.

The explorers venture into Atlantis and encounter the mechanical Volkites, robotic soldiers serving the ruthless Unga Khan. As the group attempts to navigate the strange landscape, Unga Khan becomes aware of their presence and orders an aerial torpedo attack against Crash and Billy.

Crash and his companions become caught up in the conflict between Unga Khan's forces and the peaceful followers of Sharad. Captured and placed in deadly danger, Crash must rely on his strength and fighting skills to survive the Atlanteans' brutal arena and find a way to help his friends.

The struggle against Unga Khan intensifies as the robotic Volkites and his armed followers pursue the intruders. Crash and the resistance attempt to outmanoeuvre the superior technology of their enemies, while the explorers find themselves increasingly entangled in Atlantis's civil war.

Crash and Moloch attempt to infiltrate Unga Khan's headquarters to rescue Diana, Professor Norton and Billy. Their mission becomes more dangerous when they discover that Unga Khan uses a transformation chamber to brainwash captives and turn them into obedient servants.

Crash tries to rescue his friends from Unga Khan's stronghold, but the professor has been brainwashed and now regards the tyrant as his master. Meanwhile, Unga Khan unleashes the enormous Juggernaut tank against his enemies, forcing Crash into a desperate escape with Billy.

Crash and his companions continue their attempts to evade Unga Khan's forces and reach safety. Their escape plans are threatened by enemy traps and explosives, while the rocket submarine and the technology that brought them to Atlantis become crucial to their chances of survival.

Crash attempts to penetrate Unga Khan's imposing metal tower, the centre of the tyrant's power. Captured by the Black Robes, he is tied to the front of the Juggernaut and used as a human shield as the massive war machine advances on the gates of Sharad's sacred city.

The conflict escalates into aerial warfare as Unga Khan deploys his aircraft against the defenders of Atlantis. Crash and his allies take to the air, but their aircraft comes under attack, leaving them facing another seemingly unavoidable disaster.

Unga Khan intensifies his assault on the sacred city, subjecting it to devastating aerial bombardment. Crash and his companions struggle to survive amid the destruction as the Atlantean resistance faces the possible loss of its last stronghold.

As the battle reaches a critical stage, Crash and Professor Norton find themselves caught in the deadly rocket exhaust from Unga Khan's tower. The heroes must escape the flames and continue their fight, even as Atlantis faces further devastation and the struggle claims its victims.

Crash and Professor Norton make a final effort to escape the collapsing Atlantean stronghold and return to the surface. With Unga Khan's ambitions threatening the world above, the survivors face a last desperate struggle to prevent the conflict from spreading beyond Atlantis.
