„Would you join the vote?“
Co kdyby se o smrti zločince hlasovalo? Co kdybyste si mohli vybrat, jestli budou žít nebo zemřou? Maskovaný mstitel s maskou psa, kterému říkají Gaetal, organizuje každý měsíc hlasování, kde občané hlasují buď pro nebo proti smrti člověka. Obvykle jde o zločince, který uprchl spravedlnosti kvůli zkorumpované policii a soudnictví. Detektiv Kim Mu-chan a počítačová expertka Joo Hyun se spojí, aby záhadného Gaetala našli.
