V městečku zvaném Panika, na dohled od farmáře Stevena a jeho ženy Jeanine, žijí v jednom domě Kovboj, Indián a Kůň. Nerozlučná trojice přátel prožívá bizarní dobrodružství, jež je zavedou mimo jiné do středu země, zamrzlé tundry a paralelního podvodního světa obývaného podvodnickými příšerkami se špičatými hlavami. Naši hrdinové jsou plastové figurky evokující dětství, kterým technikou stop motion vdechla život nerozlučná dvojice belgických animátorů. Excentrická komediální šaráda plná vypilovaných odzbrojujících gagů, vycházející mimo jiné z dědictví surrealismu, nabízí animovanou akční podívanou par excellence, jíž před nedávnem doslova podlehlo publikum canneského festivalu. Celovečerní verze neodolatelných peripetií plastových protagonistů, jež vznikala celé dva roky, vychází z kultovního, cenami ověnčeného dvacetidílného televizního seriálu.
