Nelly and Andrea are a real life Romeo & Juliet whose forbidden love for one another tears their traditional Portuguese families apart. The girls marry despite the wishes of their parents. Today they run an unusual business called "Our Little Secret" which specializes in gay and lesbian wedding planning. But can gay weddings really bring happiness and healing in the shadow of prejudice?
Why does the modern woman need a matchmaker to find a husband? Parl Livermore is an American matchmaker to some of the wealthiest, most desirable bachelors in the world. She gets them to donate big bucks to her private charity in exchange for finding them gorgeous, brilliant young women to consider as possible wives. But can lasting love really be brokered? Witness a true life Bachelorette drama in action.
Discover a real life Will & Grave story- except in this romance, Will and Grace are married to one another and share a naturally conceived child. Meet university professors Terry and Deanne, a gay man and straight woman, who have found a truly "modern" love. But can a gay man and a straight woman really make a marriage work? Is this just a passing fad or a lasting commitment?
Imagine your husband of 25 years comes home one day and says he wants to change his gender and become a woman. Experience the remarkable story of Gayle, a small-town wife whose husband PJ did just that. Is love truly blind? Follow the pair to their high school reunion, when they have to break the news to surprised classmates.
Can a multiple-partner marriage work? Is 3 really better than 2? Dawn was first married to Troy, but then both of them fell in love with Lon. Now they consider themselves a married "triad." How does the household work? Sleeping arrangements? Polyamory is not widely accepted and society's prejudice against this form of marriage causes this triad to lose custody of their young son.
Is monogamy necessary for love? Meet one outrageous suburban couple who participates in an unusual community devoted to "swinging" - where couples partake in recreational sex with other couples. This is an organized phenomenon where the women wear the pants and make all the choices. But are affairs in the open still breaches of trust? We take you to the Swingers Convention in Las Vegas and let you decide.
